Shipping

Delivery estimates are good faith estimates only. vistorparking.ca will not be liable for any loss, damage, cost or expense related to any delay in shipment or delivery. We cannot ship to post office boxes. Please be aware that not all furniture shown are in the Toronto store. Please contact us for an accurate inventory of all furniture items. Returns

Merchandise purchased from vistorparking.ca may be returned for store credit or exchange only within 14 days of delivery if accompanied by original receipt and in original condition and in original packaging. Returns must be pre-authorized by calling 416.350.7275. Returns received and not pre-authorized will be subject to 20% restocking fee. Non-stock items, special orders, lighting and polycarbonate items are not returnable. Refunds are not issued except in the case of defective merchandise we are unable to replace. Actual cost of shipping item to you will not be credited or refunded. Store credit is valid for one year from date of issue. Thereafter, unused credit is forfeited. How do I set up an account?

It’s simple. As a new customer, when you add a product to your shopping cart you will have the option to “proceed to checkout” or to “continue shopping”. When you click “checkout”, you will go to the next page with a choice between Checkout as Guest or Register, OR Login. If you are a new customer, you simply choose between the two options, and then click Continue. Once the checkout process has been completed, now your account information is safely saved in our database. The next time you return to VisitorParking.ca, you will login as a “Registered Customer”.

What are my Payment Options?

Visitor Parking currently utilizes the PayPal system. PayPal Direct accepts VISA, MASTER CARD, DISCOVER and AMERICAN EXPRESS credit cards, and the Paypal Express Checkout method. You can safely enter your credit card number via our secure server, which encrypts all submitted information via SSL, and then transfers the information to PayPal.

SHIPPING

How long will it take for my order to ship? Upon approval and verification of credit card information, orders will be processed for shipment. Inconsistent data and billing information may also delay your order. Certain orders may require special processing due to limited quantities on particular items. Visitor Parking will notify customers who have placed orders for these “out of stock” items. On average, most items are shipped within 2-3 weeks. However, some items have longer lead times, including custom orders that may take up to 14 weeks. These dates are estimates only and Visitor Parking cannot be held responsible for additional delays due to manufacturing delays or shipping carriers.
